Toledoan Wager was the first woman to referee wrestling in the Olympics as well as at the World Cup. She became the first woman to referee world class freestyle and greco-roman wrestling at the senior level. In this photo published April 3, 1984, she officiates Cuba vs. Canada at the World Cup.
